When we arrived in Italy, the welcome we received from all the locals was indescribable and from the nostalgia for Argentina, the great dream was born to bring our land to Refrontolo, a characteristic town nestled between the Prosecco Hills Conegliano – Valdobbiadene, and breathe the atmosphere of home. In 2009 we opened the Trattoria Argentina, with the aim of presenting the culture, wine and gastronomic specialties of our beloved land. In February 2025, after years of quality recognition, we opened our second location in the heart of the city of Treviso in Borgo Mazzini 40.
In Refrontolo you will find a refined and elegant environment contrasted with the rustic and familiar one, a metaphor of the Argentine dualism, which we have proposed again at the Trattoria Argentina restaurant. From tango to rural life, two opposing and at the same time complementary elements, which can be relived in the “Tango” room and the “Gaucho” room. The first is a softly lit, romantic environment, dedicated to those seeking intimacy. The second is outlined by a more decisive decor with details of the symbolic “Gaucho”, with a poncho and a wide-brimmed hat and photos of Maradona and Messi, two icons of the past and present of “Argentine football”. FRANCO KELM the sommelier will guide you in the right choice to enjoy the dishes prepared by CHEF CAROLINA and PARRILLERO FERNANDO.
At the Trattoria Argentina Treviso restaurant located in Borgo Mazzini 40, you will find a modern, refined chip place with rustic details such as the wooden beams at the entrance.
To the left of the “bar” (counter) you will find the most pampering room with more reserved seats, instead to the right you will find a long corridor where among great Argentine icons such as Ginobili, Creevy, the inevitable Messi, Papa Francisco, Charly Garcia and the Rock group Enanitos Verde you can enjoy from the aperitif to after dinner an evening that transports you directly to the liveliest streets of Buenos Aires.
The heart of the cuisine can only be the famous Argentine Carne combined with Malbec di Mendoza, the now well-known and essential Empanadas di Carolina and her delicious Alfajores. But the novelty of Trattoria Argentina Treviso is the presence of the Bartender LUCAS KELM with his cocktail menu inspired by Latin America where you can stop by just for an APERITIF or an AFTER DINNER.
